Lease Qualifications:   575 or higher credit score, gross monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. No more than 2 adults per lease.

We do not accept Section 8 Housing Vouchers.

Application fee is $100 due at time of application per person over 18 living in the unit.

Maintenance:  Welcome to Worry-Free Living! Landlord provides lawncare, outside maintenance, interior maintenance and quarterly pest control.

Utilities are not included in rent: (Water / trash / electric / internet not included)

Pets:  Pets are allowed, up to 2, small dogs only (under 50 lbs, breed restrictions apply).  $200 non-refundable pet deposit, additional $20 rent per month per pet.
