Lease Qualifications:   575 or higher credit score, gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent.

We do not accept Section 8 Housing Vouchers.

Application fee is $60 due at time of application per person over 18 living in the unit.

Maintenance:  Landlord provides lawncare, outside maintenance, interior maintenance except for lightbulbs and pest control.

Utilities are not included in rent:  (Water / trash / electric / internet not included)

Pets:  Pets are allowed, up to 2, under 50 lbs (breed restrictions apply).  $200 non-refundable pet deposit, additional $20 rent per month per pet.
